Punjab Health Facility Management Company (PHFMC) invites applications from qualified and experienced Individuals domiciled in Punjab for the posts of Medical Officers/Women Medical Officers on Doctor on Call (LOCUM) basis for the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department, and Punjab Health Facilities Management Company's facilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Position: Medical Officer/ Women Medical Officer
2. Domicile: Punjab
3. Qualification: MBBS Qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council with 1-year house job.
4. Positions are open across Punjab
General Terms and Conditions
1. The positions are being offered on a LOCUM basis, and will be facility specific and non-transferable.
2. This is a continuous process. Interested candidates can apply on the Portal.
3. Vacant positions can also be viewed on the same portal. 4. First cycle of processing will be initiated on 24th May, 2024.
5. By hand/courier/post applications will not be entertained.
6. Duties will be assigned as per the duty roster and are not subject to change. 7. More than two duties within 24 hours will not be considered.
8. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate. 9. Applications will be evaluated by the Scrutiny Committee based on document/information provided on the
Portal 10. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
11. The date and time of the interview will be communicated through email/cal/SMS.
12. Original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be provided by the short-listed candidate at the time of interview.
13. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
14. The engaged doctors doctors must be cognizant that hospital services may fall under the ambit of the Punjab Essential Services (Maintenance) Act, 1958.
15. The selected Doctors will be required to mark their attendance electronically by using any digital app/device for disbursement of locum fee.
16. The number of locum positions can be increased/decreased at any time without any notice by the Department.
17. Final terms and conditions will be settled on the actual date of engagement by the company.
18. The engagement will be processed as per the company policy. 19. Decisions of the company on all matters concerning engagement, including eligibility/shortlisting/selection criteria will be final.
20. Remuneration package may vary, from shift to shift and/or facility to facility, as decided by PHFMC.
21. Under Rule 64(A) of PPRA, any other procuring agency may engage services of PHFMC for provision of LOCUM doctors.
