The University of Agriculture Swat, a public sector University, accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), is announcing admission in B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, for the session Spring 2024-2027, specializing in five (5) major disciplines including Food Science and Technology, Entomology, Plant Breeding and Genetics, Soil and Environmental Sciences, Horticulture, and BS (4 years) in Climate Change Sciences.

 

Scholarships:

 1. The University offers the following scholarships from its own resources:-

a) Diversity & Inclusion Scholarships:

Fully Funded Five Scholarships each for students belonging to Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan, Gilgit Baltistan, and the State of Arad Jammu & Kashmir

 

b) Climate Change and Mountain Agriculture Scholarship:

Fully Funded Two Scholarships each for students belonging to the following districts of mountainous regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Malakand Division Malakand, Burner, Swat, Shangla, Dir Upper, Dir Lower, Chitral Upper, Chitral Lower

Hazara Division Haripur, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Tor Ghar, Battagram, Kohistan  Lower, Kohistan Upper, Kohistan Kolai/Palas

Merged Districts Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Orakzai, Kurram, North Waziristan, South Waziristan

 

c) Merit Scholarships for: 

i) Board (BISE) Position Holders; 

ii) Outstanding Achievers at National & International level in co-curricular activities;

iii) Semester wise position holders

 

d) Need Based Scholarships for:

i) Students facing financial constraints to support their University's degree program

ii) Students with disability

 

2. Local Indigenous and Government Scholarships including HEC, Zakat, PEF, Bait Ul Mall and others.
