• Location: Islamabad

• Age Limit: Up to 45 years (5 years age relaxation as per rules)

• Contract: 2 years (extendable based on performance)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Master’s in HR, Public/Business Administration, Law, or related field from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

• Experience: 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

💼 Key Competencies Required:

• Strong grasp of HR policies, government rules (e.g., EstaCode, Civil Servants E&D Rules)

• Proficiency in modern HR tools and data analysis

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Knowledge of recruitment, performance management systems, employee relations, and organizational change
