The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Law and Justice invites applications from experienced legal professionals for the post of Legislative Advisor (MP-II Scale) on a contract basis for an initial period of 3 years (extendable under MP Scale Policy 2020).

• Post Title: Legislative Advisor

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: Up to 62 years

• Location: Islamabad

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: LLM (Foreign/Local), Barrister-at-Law, or Solicitor

• Experience: At least 7 years of legal experience in public or private sector (Pakistan or abroad)

✅ Professional Expertise Required:

• Drafting/reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, and Contracts

• Legal opinions on policy, regulatory, and legislative matters

• International law and legislative drafting

• Preference for candidates with public sector experience, or from reputable corporations (public or private)
