Tips for a CV that gets read
- One page for a first job, two at most. Keep only what helps this job.
- Newest first. List your latest degree and your latest job at the top of each section.
- Use numbers. “Handled 40 files a day” says more than “worked on files”.
- Match the advertisement. Use the post name and the skills it asks for in your profile line.
- Check dates and spellings. They must match your certificates and CNIC.
- Send a PDF so the layout never changes. Use the Word file if you want to edit it further.
