The Implementation & Coordination (I&C) Wing of the Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), Government of the Punjab, has announced 49 contract posts under the development project "Establishment of Punjab Performance Management Unit (PPMU)". • Skills: MS Office, accounting software, financial management, budgeting, e-Office and PPRA procurement rules
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in accounts, budgeting and cash handling, preferably in a government department or foreign-aided project

Personal Assistant – 3 posts

• Education: Bachelor's degree (at least 2nd division) from an HEC-recognized university
• Skills: English shorthand at 80 wpm, typing at 40 wpm, and an MS Office certificate (mandatory)
• Experience: 5 to 7 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role

• Education: 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, Data Analysis, IT or a relevant field
• Experience: 2 years in project management, project development, data analysis or a relevant field

Computer Operator – 5 posts

• Pay: Rs. 150,000
• Age: 20 to 30 years
• Education: Bachelor's degree (at least 2nd division) from an HEC-recognized university
• Experience: 3 to 5 years as a Computer Operator, Stenographer or in a similar role

Field Officer – 18 posts

• Pay: Rs. 150,000
• Age: 21 to 35 years
• Education: Intermediate (FA, FSc, ICS or I.Com) or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years in the public or private sector

For all posts, public sector experience will be preferred.

Important Instructions

• Use a separate form and envelope for each post if you apply for more than one.
• Candidates with other relevant degrees must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.
• Only relevant post-qualification experience will count. Internships and training periods will not be counted.
• These are temporary contract posts: non-transferable, non-pensionable, and with no right to regularization.
• Salary includes all taxes, which will be deducted at source under FBR rules.
• Government employees can apply through proper channel.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, and no TA/DA will be paid.
